Work solves the problem of fuel preparing in diesel plants by means of adding to separator additional possibilities to handle fuel, which combines traditional centrifugal separation and vibration handling, based on effect of balls, that move in a concavity of a trammel and in conditions of separator are the automatic balancing device. Mathematical model of movement of mechanical system of a separator with balls was created. The strategy and methods of architecture of fuel preparing in diesel plants is offered.
