In work organizational - pedagogical conditions of adaptation of students of engineering - pedagogical specialities are theoretically proved and checked practically: а) comprehension of the purposes of adaptation by students, and also formations of skills of the independent work, an adequate self-estimation and representation about the future professional work in establishments vocational training; b) substantial management of adaptation of students of engineering - pedagogical high school on the basis of the constant analysis of its course and fixation of a condition of adaptedness individually for each student; c) the organization of system work on studying by scientific and pedagogical workers of the theory and a technique of educational work with students of engineering - pedagogical high school in general and techniques of adaptation in particular.
