Object of research: process of formation of strategy of the enterprise in view of its strategic interests and the opportunities; the purpose of work: development of theoretical bases and methodical recommendations on improvement of process of formation of strategy of the enterprise; methods of research and the equipment: methods of the system approach, the correlation analysis, monographic; theoretical and practical results: the design procedure of the integrated parameters which are taking into account cumulative influence of factors of an environment and internal opportunities of the enterprise is developed, are advanced: The methodical approach to the analysis of internal potential of the enterprise, classification of the enterprises proceeding from criteria of a belonging of their strategic interests and opportunities to the branch, regional or combined types, process of formation of strategy of the enterprise by inclusion of analysis stages of its strategic interests and opportunities and a choiceof strategic priorities of development, have received the further development: classification of strategy of the enterprise, basing the hierarchy of levels constructed on the basis of cause and effect and system approaches to its strategic orientation, the methodical approach to revealing factors of internal opportunities and an environment of the enterprise, strategic priorities of its development influencing a choice; practical value of the received results consists that their realization allows the enterprises to adapt the activity for varying market conditions, to determine strategic priorities of the further economic development, to reveal the factors influencing a choice of these directions, to develop strategy of activity in view of priorities of development; degree of introduction: development are introduced into work "Zavod im.
