Essay

The object - the process of work of meat and milk sub complex enterprises. The aim - to work out the enterprises which will help to stabilize and effectively develop the producing, converting and sale the meat and milk products in the southern region of Ukraine. The methods - monographic method, method of expert estimation, marketing methods, calculation and constructional methods, methods of prognosis and estimation of the risks. The results - the point and the components of the mechanism of adaptation of meat and milk production was formulated; the further development got the system of criterions and indices of estimation of economical effectiveness of producing, converting and sale; the system of methods of the research of milk and meat sub complex on food market was defined; the estimation principles of economic risk of meat and milk producing was offered; the mechanism of interrelations between the spheres of producing and sale was defined; the mechanisms of adaptation to the nowadays situation was worked out; the prognosis parameters of producing meat and milk products were grounded; the short term prognosis of population's providing with milk and meat was given. The sphere of adaptation - educational process in agrarian institutions, state administration, converting enterprises of meat and milk industry.
