Process of formation of investment factors in reproduction national economy. A scientific substantiation of the conceptual bases concerning essence and principles of investment influence on expanded reproduction of gross national product, the methodical approach to formation and realizations investment factors of development in conditions of transformation domestic economy. Methods of the analysis and synthesis, analogies and comparisons, unities historical and logic, scientific abstraction, mathematical statistics, an expert estimation, graphic. It is carried out theoretical analysis and scientific substantiation of conceptual positions of influence investment activity on the expanded reproduction of gross national product of Ukraine. Classification investment reproduction factors is carried out, referring to foreign experience and on domestic economic policy. It is theoretically proved essence and the mechanism of action investment factors of the expanded reproduction of gross national product in realization target priorities of development of the state, normative approaches are determined to formation of an attractive investment climate as for internal, and external subjects of enterprise activity. Are determined conditions, factors and contradictions reproduction processes of economy Ukraine with the account institution transformations, investment modernizations and structural - technological updating, integration to to the market environment on the competitive bases. Recommendations are introduced сoncerning an economic substantiation of investment influence on processes the expanded reproduction of gross national product.
