Object of research. Set of methodological and practical aspects of creating a strategy of industrial enterprises investment. The purpose of research. Development of increasing efficiency strategy of investment potential use of Ukraine, and methodical base of improvement an estimation of investment projects and risks efficiency for creation an effective mechanisms of the enterprises' investment appeal increase. Research receptions. Complex and sector research receptions; monographic; method of economic-mathematical modelling; economic-statistical methods of average indices of dynamics and analytical alignment; method of questioning. Theoretical and practical results consist in development of stage-by-stage investment strategy and algorithm of its realization; improvement of methodical base of efficiency estimation of investment projects; definition priority directions of region investment. Novelty. The complex technique of risks estimation and restriction of the industrial enterprises which includes classification of branch risks, definition of risky zones of managing and actions on restriction of risks, an estimation of the general level of design risk with definition of its criteria is developed; quantitative measurement of dependence of a level of investment appeal of the enterprises of areas from densities of area in structure of production, an index of volume of production, an index of financial result from usual activity to the taxation, a level of profitability and a risk level is revealed. A degree of introduction. Scientific results are used by the Ministry of Fuel and Power. Methodical development are used in educational process of the Kharkov National Academy of Municipal Economy.
