Timohin A. Substantiation of rational norms by analytical hermeneutic.

The dissertation is devoted to the possibility of a substantiation of norms. High emphasis has been placed on epistemological aspects. It was stated that the theoretical thinking does not cope with a substantiation of norms because of refusal of metaphysics is proved. In quality of adequate means of reconstruction of the relation between practical philosophy and metaphysics in the thesis it is offered to examine analytical hermeneutic. By means of analyzing and classifications of norms in the thesis the concept of rational norm has been formulated. The way of rational norm legitimating is substantiation of its general validity and evidence. Also in the thesis problem of objectivity of norms has been examined. It is pointed that norms are objective, when they serve as the reasons of an act and make the contents of practical reason, i.e. are the super sensual basis of the Will.
