Essay

A system of state Security management and regulation about Ensuring Economic in the area of Defense; a system of economic relations in view of Ensuring Military-Economic Security. The objective of this research lies in developing new means of Ensuring Economic Security in Ukraine in the area of Defense by improvement of the current state regulation system. The practical value of the results obtained in this research is confirmed by Research and Development Utilization Law issued by Defense Planning and Science Main Department of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated 12.05.2004 and by Research and Development Utilization Note issued by National Security and Defense Committee of Verchovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine dated 14.05.2004 № 06-20/12-723. These documents state that the scientific research results made by O. O. Dubrovina enable to increase the efficiency of the system of state management and regulation about the process of Ensuring Economic Security in the area of Defense. As a consequence real possibilities can be created for Ensuring both Defense capacity and State Economic Growth. The most essential scientific results of the present research that have scientific novelty are as follows: it has been developed recommendations in relation to management and regulation about limited resources given double purpose science intensive technologies that will enable both export state potential growth and implementation of 1 or 2 macrotechnologies, thanks to that Ukraine will be able to integrate into the world high-tech and intelligent service market.
