Glazkova I. The training of future teachers for the organization of educational dialogue in he process of their professional activity

The object of research – is professional and pedagogical training of future teachers. The aim of research – theoretical grounds of the essence of the future teacher’s training for the organization of educational dialogue, define the stages of its realization, experimental reseach of humane-oriented technology. The methods of research are theoretical, empirical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results of research – the results can be used when working out the educational textbooks and recommendations. Scientific newness: stages of training for the organization of educational dialogue were determined for the first time. The introduction: the results of the research are being introduced into the course “Pedagogics”, “The foundations of pedagogical mastery”. The branch is theory and methodics of professional education
