Essay

In scientific work results of clinical, immunological, biochemical examination of 78 patients with chronical lupus erythematosus (CLE) are resulted. On the basis of studying specific redistribution of lectins receptors in the injured skin at lupus erythematosus (LE), lichen planus, psoriasis it is offered a highinformative method of differential diagnosis. The carried out researches of immunity system have established, that presence of dysregulation of systems antiendotoxin immunity which is revealed in decrease of an average level of anti-LPS-IgM and anti-LPS-IgA, and direct correlation interrelation between the increased levels of antiendotoxin antibodies and autoantibodies to DNA which met in 20% of patients with disseminated LE takes place. Presence of syndrome of endogenous intoxication that can specify the integrated mechanism of formation of pathogenesis CLE is revealed. The method of double radical immunodiffusion establishes specific interaction of antibodies with antigenes of injured skin ofpatients with CLE and presence of lymphocytes sensitization in these antigenes that specifies presence of genesis of different forms LE. At studying of interrelation of immunity systems and a hemostasis the expressed dysfunction of the opsonocytophagic mechanism which results in system hypercoagulation in the greater degree expressed at patients with disseminated LE is revealed. In view of the revealed disturbances it is offered a pathogenetically proved method of complex treatment of patients with CLE with use antimodular, anti-inflammatory and desintoxicational therapy which has finished expediency of the given therapy in practice compared with traditional methods.
