Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of psychological aspects study of interpretation process of psychological peculiarities of non-verbal behavior of a person who acts unlawfully. It has been cleared out that there is connection between substantial differentiation, interpretation direction and socio-psychological characteristics of operations officer and also socio-psychological tasks of interpersonal and intragroup interaction. It has been proved that substantial differentiation of non-verbal behavior interpretation is more influenced by operations officer expressiveness degree of social demands comparatively with the level of development of his socio-psychological qualities and talent towards emotional empathy. It is shown that psychological interpretation in its resulting aspect can include the elements of ascription. It is substantiated by: a) operations officer qualities and characteristics; b) characteristics of interpretation object; c) essential and situational peculiarities of the interpretation process.Recommendations directed at inclination development for non-verbal behavior interpretation and resulting aftereffects of non-verbal behavior due to personal and socio-psychological peculiarities of a person who acts unlawfully
