Essay

The object of research: the culture of cells of granulas layer of follicles in ovary of cows, bull-calves of the last feeding period of black and white breed. The purpose of research: to study the physiological condition, come parts of protein metabolism, mineral substances, antioxidant system protection, productivity of bull-calves of the last feeding period when fed with deficient trace elements(iron, copper, cobalt, manganese) in the form of inorganic salts and cysteinates. Methods of research: physiological, biochemical, morphological, microbiological and clinical. Novelty: It was for the first time that the physiological condition and produgtivity of bull-calves of the last feeding period when fed along with usual ration with iron, copper, cobalt, manganese in the form of inorganic salts and cysteinates were studied. The laboratory regulations of coordinative the synthesis of trace elements compounds along with cystein, which are the basis of premixes production were worked out. The use of cellsof granular layer was offered as a model test-system for evaluation and forecast of premixes efficiencies and different forms of trace elements combinations as an increase of animal production. On the basis of cobalt, iron, copper, manganese, haemopeosis, glutatione content, transaminasis activity exchange and protein exchange method of complex feeding up of bull-calves along with use of cysteinates was worked out. Scientific novelty is also proved by two declaration patents. Subject and the level of providing: For improving of functioning of young animal we recommends to analyse mineral content of the ration such cysteinates of deficient trace elements should be included to the rations of bull-calves: cysteinates of copper, manganese, and iron - 0,02; cysteinates of cobalt - 0,01 mg/kg. It is offered: correction of mineral nutrition along with use of cysteinates of iron, copper, manganese, cobalt. Is introduced: in the agricultural enterprises "Galichyna" Zhovkva district of Lviv region.
