Object: process of forming of organizational-economic mechanism of the resource providing of the system of health protection of region and its rational use. Aim: deepening of theoretical-methodological bases and development of organizational-economic mechanism of forming and use of resource potential of the system of health protection of region in the conditions of becoming of market. Methods: system, statistical analysis, comparative, graphic, expert estimations. Results: the budgetary-insurance model of development of the regional system of health protection for a concrete region is developed, the prospects of development of the system of health protection of the explored region are grounded. Use: in activity of Rules of health protection of Ternopilska ODA and at teaching of row of disciplines.
