The object of investigation: the process of management of enterprises and organizations of the housing and communal services in countryside on the example of association "Oblsilkomungosp" in Donetsk region. The aim of investigation is to elaborate the theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations on improvement the organization and economic mechanism for management of the utility development in the countryside. The methods of investigation: the technical and economic analysis, the methods of economic and mathematical modeling, logical analysis and synthesis. Specified: the concept of "rural region", its particularities. Developed: the mechanism and methodological recommendations to transfer the social objects into the communal property and calculation the subsidy for object transferred; the recommendations to monitor the ability of people to pay for housing and communal services; the concept of financial and strategic planning in this field. Introduced: the methodological recommendations on improvement of the organization and economic mechanism for management of the of enterprises of rural housing and communal services on the region level. Field of implementation: the enterprises of the rural housing and communal services.
