Yakhina T. The Economical Estimation of the Territorial Resources of Historical cities of Ukraine (on the example of historical city of Poltava)

The object of investigation: the economic process of the territorial recourses estimation. The aim of investigation is to develop scientific backgrounds and practical recommendations for the economic territorial recourses estimation in the historical cities of Ukraine. The method of investigation: the system and structural analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. The theoretical results: the development of the theoretical backgrounds of the economic territorial recourses estimation of the historical cities of Ukraine in the market conditions of town-planning and land tenure. The practical results: developed methodological, mathematical and informational backgrounds are the prerequisite for the creation of the automatic information system of the historical cities for the preparation of the land auction, the project of real estate privatization, experts' estimation of the land tenure etc. The aria of implementation: economics of town-planning and land tenure
