The object of the research: distribution of Metro’s passenger streams. Aims of the research: increase of Metro’s efficiency. Methods of the research: theory of mass service, statistics, observation on location. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: general index of quality of Metro’s service and classification of stations according to peak hours, mathematical models of time distribution of passenger streams, regularities of passenger arriving and service. A subject and degree of the implementation: regularities of passenger streams forming are applied in State Enterprise “Kharkiv Metro”, Kyiv Institute “Giprograd” and used by Kharkiv National Academy of Municipal Economy in studies of Electrical Transport Faculty. Field of use: development of Metro’s network and its exploitation
