Essay

The problem of the city transport system's condition on motor transport input streams' sizes in separate transport blocks is solved. Unlike the existent ecological research methods in a city, aerospace photos and modern methods of motor transport streams in the cities' street-road network design are offered with the goal to rise the reliability of transport streams descriptions' data, that optimizes the process of operative decision acceptance about the adjusting of ecological situation in separate city's districts.
