Halimov J. Psychological prognostication of operational-search units activity reliability officers of State Border Service of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to scientific and practical basis, principles, methods and diagnostic algorithms of psychological prognostication of operational-search units activity reliability officers of State Border Service of Ukraine, and also effectiveness evaluation of psychological self-regulation usage for psychological functions correction and capacity for work keeping. Conceptual basis and principles of psychological prognostication of operational-search units activity reliability officers of State Border Service of Ukraine considering their stress stability have been worked out. New psycho-diagnostic methodics of emotional and neurosis-psychological stability evaluation have been worked out and elaborated on the basis of personal and functional approaches. Symptom-complexes of personal and individual psychological officers’ qualities for prognostication stability of their activity in the stress situations have been revealed with the help of multiple mathematics modeling methods. Expediency oftheir usage for prognostication of operational-search units activity reliability officers usage and stress stability have been carried out.
