The thesis investigation is devoted to the analysis of the psychological peculiarities of Ukrainian Air Forces military men professional self-consciousness. The psychological peculiarities of Ukrainian Air Forces military men activity, the structure of their professional self-consciousness, the peculiarities of its formation in the personalities of soldiers, officers and ensigns are considered. The reasons and dynamics of military men professional self-consciousness development are discovered. The proposed psychological methods complex for military men professional self-consciousness studying and the program of its formation and psychocorretion based on the ‘I-conception’ of personality and formation of his/her psychological culture.
