In dissertation work is the search for the ways of improving the organizations of taxation management on industrial of Ukraine and on state level. The introduce clarity into technical terms of economic, classified a tax planning and systematized the factors influencing on tax potential of industrial enterprises. Analysed a dynamics of tax receipts to budget, offered a economic-mathematical model of their prognostication, that will allow to determine the basic areas on organization of taxation management on macroeconomic level. Developed a desing descuption of structure taxation management on enterprise.
