The dissertation is concerned theoretical basis and practical recommendation treatment directed at improvement of investment resources implementation to the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine at a state level. The matter of mechanism of investment resources implementation management is researched, the macroeconomic analysis of effectiveness of investment resources implementation to the agrarian sector of national economy is surveyed in this thesis. It helped to find out the causes of low investment appeal of agricultural sector, the ways of mechanism improving under the conditions of market transformation of the economy of Ukraine are proposed and substantiated.
