Object of research - the process of management of investments risks in economic industrial systems. The purpose of research - the concept and complex of mechanisms of management of investment risks in economic industrial systems that aimed to keep social and economic stability in the process of capital investments to work out. Methods - economic risk theories, logical and semantic analyze method, system approach, network planning, evaluation of investment effectiveness, evaluation the market value of business, making decision method .
