Essay

A role of the investment activity management in the conditions of market transformation of regional economy, acceleration of its social and economical development is specified. A social and economical component of the efficiency of regional investment process is justified. Specific scientifically proven proposals on the improvement of investment activity management at the regional level (Transcarpathian province) are developed, the strategic approaches to the attraction and efficient utilization of external (both domestic and international) investments into the regional economy and the mechanisms of their realization are studied.
