Baklanova O. Privatization as the form of property relations modification in conditions of market transformation

In thesis the defining role of modifications of the property relations of the in conditions of market transformation is being shown. The essence of privatization as a structure-making element of a new system of the industrial attitudes is being discovered; the principal difference between privatization in countries with market and with transitional economy is being shown. The experience of the Ukrainian privatization is studied; the reasons of high level privatizational transactions are being analyzed. The recommendations concerning optimization of privatizational processes are offered; the parameters of production and financial activity of private enterprises are advanced.
