Об'єкт дослідження - Electorate Legislative Culture. Мета дослідження - expression and theoretical and experimental support of the ways and methods in forming of electorate legislative culture as the basis of citizens' democratic and conscious will on elections; a preventive factor for breach of electoral law taking into account psychological, social and regional indices. Методи дослідження - a) general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison and abstracting); b) empiric (natural experiment, observation, conversation, questionnaire, interview, analysis of products of activities, generalization of independent characteristics and expert judgment); c) forming (lesson, persuasion, suggestion, solution of creative tasks and training: business game, debates, dispute and discussion); d) statistic. Теоретичні результати і новизна - determination of possibilities in implication of regulations of legal standard psychology in its formation and development among voters. Практичні результати і новизна - main points of the work can be used as practical recommendations for subjects of legal standard forming; in research work, for further development of legal standard problems and sense of justice; in educational process, for preparing a course of lectures "Law Psychology". Предмет і ступінь впровадження - suggestions formed on basis of result of the research are used in educational process and cultural work aimed to increase the level of legal standard.
