Об'єкт дослідження - deviant behavior of Ukrainian law enforcement officers. Мета дослідження - the working out of the theoretical grounds and practical scientific - based proposals according to the psychodiagnostics and the correction of deviant behavior of police staff. Методи дослідження - the analysis of the scientific literature, statistic data and analytical stuff of Ministry of Internal affairs of Ukraine; observation; inquest; appreciation of experts; talk; tests; methods of psycho - correction. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів - "the complex of personal inclination for the deviant behavior" has been defined; the representation of the inclination for the deviant behavior is set up among the police staff; the concept and the definite optimum collection of the early psycho - diagnostics of the police staff's inclination to the deviant behavior. Практичне значення одержаних результатів - the definition of the methods of approach in principle, in basing the forms and methods of psycho - diagnostic and the psychological correction of inclination for the deviant behavior of Ukrainian law enforcement officers. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - using in the psychologists' activity of the Centre of practical psychology of Department work with the police staff of Ukraine and in the studies of the National academy o Internal affairs of Ukraine.
