Essay

Оbject - the mechanisms of regulation of gastric secretory function. The aim of the study was to the research of influence of agonists of motiline receptors macrolides on secretory function of stomach. The investigations were carry in chronicle experiments in dogs with fundus and duodenum fistulas and in acute experiments on rats by method of stomach perfusion by Ghosh and Shild. It was suggested that macrolides oppress the gastric secretion by nitric oxide and vasoactive intestinal polypep-tide action. The results of investigations were used for student teacher and clinical practice.
