Yemelyanenko О. Management of strategic development of integrated agrarian-industrial units

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical, methodological and practical problems of management of strategic development of integrated agrarian-industrial units (IAIU) using example of Agrokompleks JSC "MMK Ilyicha", Donetsk region. The thesis summarises theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of strategic development processes of organisation as socio economic system. Complex strategy development methods and appropriate sub strategies are substantiated as a part of the overall development strategy for IAIU. The thesis analyses agrarian sector reform and dynamics of development of agricultural enterprises. It includes diagnostics of IAIU, created by corporate integration (integration of the property) of re-organised agricultural enterprises, operations and management practices. Complex development strategy of IAIU was analysed using diagnostics of activity, management structure and system of оrganizational-economic relation between partners of integration and resulted inthe proposed directions of enhancement of general managamentl system towards it's strategic orientation. The mechanism for strategic structuring and conceptual model of organization of accounting-analytical system for strategic development of IAIU are developed. The approaches to successful management of strategic changes are complemented by the elements of organisational culture.
