In dissertational work results of researches which characterize the broad audience of questions concerning construction and the control of training process volleyball-players at a stage of the specialized base preparation are resulted. Parameters of a level of development of physical qualities, technical and game readiness for volleyball-players various qualification and game role are experimentally developed and proved. The interrelation of the various parties of readiness and their influence on efficiency of competitive activity is revealed. Criteria of an estimation of intensity of training exercises, and as an optimum parity of the basic and auxiliary means in a macrocycle of training are offered.
