Essay

The dissertation covers the issues of defining and implementing competitive strategy by company. The fundamental modem and traditional theoretical approaches to the competitive relations evaluation are structured. Necessity of company's strategic planning to achieve competitive advantage on the market on a long basis is grounded. Traditional classifications of competitive strategies are summarized and, based on this summary, the author proposed own classification. The mechanism of competitive strategy defining and implementation is investigated.
