Essay

The processes of management of enterprises strategic development. The working out of theoretical-methodical and practical principles of marketing completitive strategy formulation and its realization. Observation, comparison, analysis and generalization of empiric data; the methods of economic analysis; SWOT-analysis; graphic method; mathematical modulation. The essence of enterprise marketing strategy have been specitied; the marketing strategies classification has been enlarged; the essence and the tasks of marketing competitive strategy have been determined; the methods of market risks evaluation have been developed; the methodical basis of marketing competitive strategy formation has been improved. The complex of indicators has been formed and the process of enterprise weak and strong points evaluation competitive strategy formulation have been developed; the mathematical model of optimal competitive strategy choice has been proposed. Inculcated the method of SWOT-analysis, of market risks, of competitive posotoins; model of marketing strategy formation has been improved. Mechanical engineering enterprises of Ukraine, the process of education.
