Object of investigation: patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) that had myocardial infarction The aim of investigation: to increase the effect of the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients that had myocardial infarction. Methods of investigation: laboratory: immunoenzyme methods - the level of cytokines (TNF , IL-1 , IL-6, IL-4), aldosterone, MNP; spectrophotometry - callicreine activity, peroxids lipid oxidation, lipid spectrum was established by the level of LPHT, LPLT, LPVLT, cholesterol, triglycerids; clinicoinstrumental - objective examination, ECG, X-ray television, quantitial EchoCG. Mathematical and statistic methods we've used to estimate the authentic divergence. Theoretical and practical results: Novelty: Degree of introduction: AMS of Ukraine introduces the results of the investigation to the work of therapeutical and cardiological departmens of clinic of the Institute of Therapy, 20, 27, 28 regional hospitals. Sphere of application: Medicine, cardiology departments.
