Essay

Object: theoretical, methodological and methodical positions on development of strategy of socio-economic development of region. Aim: development of conceptual approaches and practical recommendations on strategy of development of the power and thermal providing of vital functions in region. Methods: system-technical, comparative and statistical analysis. Results: complex approach to the process control of production and consumption of thermal and electric energy is formulated, suggestions on economic support of measures of creation of effective regional thermal energy are developed. Use: in activity of Belotserkovska City Advice, in lecture courses.
