Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problems of formation of development strategy of trained enterprise potential. It gives the idea of trained potential strategic administration. The author improved the classification of trained potential components and proposed the methodics of its monitoring. For the first time the methodics approaches of trained potential status estimation are defined and the practical recommendations on elaboration and realization of its development strategy are given The automated administrative-informational data basis "Trained potential of enterprise" is formed. The author also proposes the control mechanizm on the chosen strategy implementation. The main principles and results of the thesis are put into practice.
