This dissertation work is dedicated to the complex research of international legal settlement in trans-boundary financial resource transactions and to analyze unified law and customs for documentary credit and unified law for documentary collection publication of international chamber of commerce, and to analyze international legal documents concerning money laundering and its regulation in national and international level. Which is very necessary in international financial transactions in interstate trade and in the world trade as a hole. The author came to the conclusion that for the development of International Economic Relations and interstate trade International Economic organizations make a decisive role in globalization. Finally we come to the conclusion that comparing with other forms of legal settlement documentary credit form is the beast one.
