Shрikulyak A. Management of the personnel and motivations of the labour in agrarian enterprises

Object of research: functioning of system of the personnel's management the agrarian enterprises of the various organizational-legal forms of managing Vinnitsa oblast. The purpose of research: generalization of theoretical and methodological bases of management of the personnel and motivation of work on improvement of a control system of the personnel of the agrarian enterprises. Methods: abstract-logic, monographic, statistical groupings, correlation-regress the analysis, comparison. Theoretical and practical results: the offers on improvement of personnel potential of the agrarian enterprises, increase of motivation of labour and efficiency of management are developed. Scientific novelty: the system substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases of improvement personnel's management of enterprise structures is carried out, the essence of concept " management of personnel potential of the enterprise " is complemented, the approaches to an estimation of a management efficiency by the agrarian enterprise are proved, the directions and system of measures on increase of efficiency of the mechanism of motivation of labour are developed. Degree of introduction: the results of research are accepted to introduction by the enterprises and bodies of management of an agriculture. Efficiency: the introduction of results will assist increase of a management efficiency by the agrarian enterprise. Sphere, area of use: the agrarian enterprises in Ukraine.
