Object of research - technological systems of a rotor type for assembly of threaded items. The purpose of research - raising the productivity of assembly of threaded items on machines of a rotor type at the expense of selection of their rational layout on the basis of the spatially - functional approach. Methods of researches - the activity bases on usage of technological methods of differentiation and concentration of operations, methods of systems analysis, graph theory, theory of composite, methods of mathematical mod-elling and analytical data interpretation. Practical value - mining of a technique of synthesis of rotor-multi-layered machines for as-sembly of threaded items on the basis of spatially - functional ap-proach. Scientific novelty - for the first time designed methodology of creation of technological rotor-multi-layered machines, which one have high efficiency at rather small overall dimensions. The outcomes are entered on open joint-stock company "Donbassener-gyrepairs"and into scientific process. Area - mechanical engineer-ing.
