The dissertation is dedicated to development and realisation in practice of scientifically grounded actions for improvement of medical medical care for military servants of Armed Forces of Ukraine in system of "the under recruit -the recruit - the young soldier". The system of actions for improvement of medical maintenance of preparation of youth to service and is offered the military man of armed Forces of Ukraine, capable for use in system of public health services and different control links of military-medical service. Conducting and meaning factors which limit suitability of young men to passage of military service are determined. The system of early revealing of a pathology which limits suitability of young men to service in army, and trea-improving actions Is offered. The developed methodical recommendations for wide use in work by the regional and regional draft commissions, pediatrists and doctors of teenage studies on questions of duly revealing chronic diseases and their prevention progresing, systems of dynamic medical supervision.
