The dissertation is devoted to theoretic and sciences-methodological basses complex evaluation invest in encodes with external and internal environment (regional and branch of industry). It has proposed conception way for making investment, improved the classification of investment, created sciences-methodological supply for complex evaluation of invest attractiveness of enterprises, that are coordinated in vertical, economic levels of management (external and internal environment), and horizontal - engaged methods, that are identical for all invest subjects. It has proposed model to form prevent invest portfolio.
