Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of treatment of morphea in women of late reproductive age, perimenopauzal (PMP) and postmenopausal (postMP) periods by application of replaceable hormonal therapy ("Eastrozel" and "Utrozestan") in combination with traditional therapy. For the first time the features of current PMP in women suffering from morphea are established and the role of neurovegetans, endocrinal and metabolic and psychoemotional infringements in pathogenesis of diseases is shown. Mechanisms of development of hypoestrogenia during the various age periods in women suffering from morphea are shown: in the late reproductive period it is revealed the secondary hypoestrogenia, in PMP and postMP the primary hypoestrogenia is revealed, caused by age ovarial involution. The original method of an indirect estimation of hormonal balance in persons suffering from morphea is developed on the basis of the quantitative and qualitative analysis of cytogramm buccalis ephitelium. The features of microhemocircular and cerebral hemodynamical infringements, which most expressed in patients suffering from morphea in PMP are revealed. Introduction of the developed method of treatment promoted achievement of proof clinical remission in 85,9 % of patients in comparison with 56,9 % of patients of group of comparison.
