The Object of study: process of antirecessionary management of commercial bank; the purpose of work: theoretical motivation, development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations, directed on increasing of efficiency of choice of strategy in system of antirecessionary management; the methods of study and equipment: methods of theoretical generalization, graphic analysis, statistical analysis; theoretical and practical results: elaborated classification of types of crisises in processes of operation and developments of bank, approach to monitoring of external and internal environment of bank, methodical recommendations to diagnostics of crisis in activity of bank on base of using the methods of multivariate statistical analysis of factors of its financial position, methods of determination of financial guidelines in process of antirecessionary management, the approach to diagnostics of stage of development of crisis in activity of commercial bank on base of complex analysis of its financialposition and assessment of level of risk, scientifically-motivated approach to choice of strategy of antirecessionary management on results of diagnostics of stage of development of crisis and coordination of the subjects aims who are interested in a stable bank functioning with the aims of antirecessionary management; advanced system of providing efficiency of organizing-economic mechanism in antirecessionary management; practical importance of obtained results consists in that introduction of developed methodical approaches allows to raise efficiency of choice of strategy in system of antirecessionary management; the subject and degree of introduction: development introduced in practical activity of branch of First Ukrainian International Bank in the city of Kharkiv; Financial Bank "Finance and credit", ltd in Kharkiv region, Kharkiv branch of Commercial Bank "Expobank", Aktsionerny Commercial Bank "Ukrsozbank"; the sphere of use: practical activity of banks, educational process.
