Object of research are the processes of formation and use of highly skilled administrative potential in agrarian economic formations, which realization is considered in this case on an example both as a whole AIC of the country, and in view of his(its) regional features, in particular AIC of the Lvov area and its areas. The purpose of research is development of a complex of the recommendations concerning improvement of formation and increase of efficiency of use of administrative potential of agrarian economic formations. Research receptions. Methods: dialectic, scientific abstraction, monographic, method of the comparative analysis, numbers(lines) of dynamics(changes), grouping, sociological interrogation. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that on the basis of the carried out research on the basis of the wide and all-round analysis of the existing points of view and processing of a wide actual material the new approach to understanding of the economic contents of concept of administrative potential of agrarian formations is offered. The original technique of an estimation of a level of efficiency use of administrative potential is developed. The uniform circuit of classification of the factors of an overall performance of the administrative workers of agrarian formations is developed which enables to take into account practically all variety of the main classification attributes. The economic estimation of a level of qualitative security by the chiefs and experts agroformations of region is carried out and the major factors are certain which form it. Using results of the carried out biographical interrogation of the experts and chiefs is developed and is scientific the system of motivation of preparation, increase of a skill level both effective work of the chiefs and experts of agrarian formations is reasonable. For improvement of system of financing of training of personnel of the experts it is offered instead of the estimate of the incomes and charges to make the financial plan. On thebasis of the sociological research, carried out in region, is revealed, that in the majority of cases the primary factors of deterioration of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of administrative potential of an agriculture are absence for the chiefs and experts of the appropriate work on a village, general economic crisis, low level of earnings and unsatisfactory conditions of village work. The theoretical and practical results of research can be used by development of the plans of preparation and retraining of the staff of an agrarian complex of region, their employment and stimulation of effective work. The offers and recommendations stated in work will assist increase of formation and effectiveness of use of administrative potential of an agriculture. Efficiency of the recommendations is confirmed practically. Sphere, area of use: agricultural enterprises of the Lvov area.
