Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the qestions of theory and practice of formation of the pedagogical skills, which are formed by the way of modeling of orgenizing pedagogical activity. Essence, contents, forms and methods of formation of future teachers' organizing skills, wich are need for organizing pedagogical activity, are defined in the theses. The theoretical model of their formation is worked out. The technology of formation of future teachers' professional skills is based on the constant process of aim promotion, definition of organizing skills, wich are formed on each lectures and utilization of active methods in traning for their formation. There is experimentally tested the effectiveness of suggested technology. The main results are put into practice of High Schools activity.
