The thesis is devoted to effectiveness of magnetic concentration of oxidize ferriferous quartzite of Krivbass concentration increase due to desliming operation of fragmentated are. According to experimental tests mineral varieties of oxidized quartzite are of great range. To improve the effectiveness of desliming of fragmented oxidized are with hydrocyclone with calculated length use is suggested. Hydrodynamics of the process of particles separation in hydrocyclone is investigated. Analytical and experimental data that provide the increase of process indices of magnetic are concentration with desliming testing in experimental condition are proved. Laboratory end experimental-industrial tests proved the efficiency of the worked-out flow sheet at concentrating plant KYZKOP. Theoretical and experimental results pf the research have been used at project checking of technology of oxidized ferriferous quartzite of Krivbass concentration.
