Essay

The objective of the research is professional training of pedagogical university students. Methods of the research are as follows: theoretical, empirical, statistical. The theoretical results and the novelty of the research - the issue of integration of the gender-oriented approach into the framework of professional training of students of national pedagogical universities has been thoroughly studied and scientifically substantiated; the essence and factors of establishment of the gender-oriented approach as well as the strategies of its integration into the framework of professional training of students of national pedagogical universities have been defined; the pedagogical conditions that enhance the effectiveness of formation of "gender" competence revealed and theoretically well-grounded; the concept of gender-oriented education based upon elaboration of the fundament of the technology of gender-oriented professional training of students has been furtherly defined. The practical results and the novelty of the research - the methodic support of the technology of formation of the "gender" competence of pedagogical university students has been elaborated and approbated; the methodic of diagnostics of the levels of its formation has been worked out. The object and degree of implementation - the curriculum of the subject of "Genderology" has been elaborated and approbated. The effectiveness of implementation is high. The sphere of implementation is defined as pedagogical, in particular higher pedagogical institutions.
