The state of decision of problem of knowledge's integration in scientific-pedagogical literature is analysed. Pedagogical conditions of realization of knowledge's integration from fundamental and professionally oriented disciplines are well grounded. Methodological approach to ekologization of contents of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences is developed in the paper, attention is given to teaching of the integrated special courses "Introduction into a Profession" and "Monitoring of the Environment". Recommendations for the teachers of fundamental and professionally oriented disciplines are formulated.
