The leading mechanism of the forming of the achievement motivation in the junior school age - the reflexive appreciation - is revealed in the dissertation. We proposed the theoretical well-grounded system of work connected with the development the reflexive appreciation in junior pupils in order to actualize in them the motivation of achievements. The conditions, the trends and the stages of the developing&corrective work, which promote development of reflexive appreciation and the increasing of the motivation of achievements in junior pupils, are determined.
