The object of the research is the activity of the woman - chief in the system of management. The detailed researches were carried out on materials of the Rivne region enterprises. The purpose of theses is to define the basic laws, tendencies, social - psychological features of the women in the body of management, and to prepare the recommendations concerning the socialization of the women labour activity in the sphere of management directed to the increasing of agricultural manufacture efficiency.
