Klynovsky A. Social-economic problems of the development and placing of the productive forces of the region (based on the materials of Rivne region).

The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of elaboration of theoretic-methodological and practical recommendations of the provision of effective development and placing of the productive forces of the region. Here are the results of the research: making the social-economic essence of the concept "the productive forces" more profound; further development of the fundamental constituents of the productive forces; substantiation of the scientific principles and enrichment of the methodological approaches of the analysis of their development and placing; a complex estimation of modern level and tendencies of the development of the economy of the region defining the conditions and factors of the influence on the its effectivity the determination of the future number of population of the region including their residence and age till 2010; grouping of the administrative districts of Rivne region according to their social-economic development; and also the determination of the main ways of improvement of the development and placing of the productive forces of the region.
