Object of the research: a functional condition of a human organism during activity. The aim: to give an evaluation psychophysiological conditions of the persons by the neural network model. Methods of research and apparatus: anthropometric, physiological with use OMRON Blood Pressure Monitor HEM-704 C, psychophysiological (studied properties of memory, attention, functional condition by the differentiated self-evaluation test and device ТУ У 25120900.001-99), mathematical (" Stadia 6.0 "," Statistica 5.5 "," Statistica Neural Networks 4.0 C "). Theoretical results and practical significance: the model for quantitative performance of psychophysiological conditions of a persons through an evaluation of successfulness of carried-out activity by datas of a velocity of processing of an information, pulse rate and the results of analysis of a self-evaluation of health, aktivity and mood is constructed. Novelty: the concept of an evaluation of psychophysiological conditions of a persons which is founded on evidence-based medicine and biological laws with using of artificial neural networks is developed, the model is constructed and the scale for an evaluation of psychophysiological conditions is developed, the new knowledges concerning a character of influence of parameters of a model on an evaluation of successfulness of carried-out activity are obtained. Subject and degree of application: the advanced design (branch innovation, circular, Patent UA 31592 А МКВ 7 А61В 5/16) are introduced into practice of a department of thermal defeats of urgent and reduction surgery Institute Аcademy of Мedical Sciences of Ukraine in Donetsk, reabilitation and diagnostic center Health Ministry of Ukraine, in the course of education in Kiev National University named after Taras Shevchenko. Sphere of usage: the developed methodical approach will be useful in the field of a occupational selection, physiology, medicine.
